Ken Lay Dead?
yeah, right...

I don't believe it for a second. Here's a guy who, even after his trial, was convinced he was not guilty and said so. He's got a lot of money, and knows a lot of powerful people. He sure as hell doesn't want to do jail time, which looked certain. He has the ability to pull the strings to fake his own death in order to make a quick getaway. If you were in his position, and had the means, what would you do?
